All information, products, services, and subscription Plans displayed on the ISA mobile App of ISA ERP Private Limited constitute an invitation to offer. Your order for purchase constitutes your offer which shall be subject to the terms and conditions listed below. ISA ERP Private Limited has the right to accept or reject your offer without assigning any reason thereof.
In order to use the ISA ERP Private Limited mobile App belonging to ISA ERP Private Limited, you have accepted the following terms and conditions below. ISA ERP Private Limited reserves the right to add, delete, alter, or modify these terms and conditions at any time. Therefore, you are advised to read these terms and conditions carefully every time you use the ISA ERP Private Limited Mobile App.
1. The User certifies that he/she is at least 18 (eighteen) years of age or has the consent of a parent or legal guardian.
2. ISA ERP Private Limited will not be responsible for any damage suffered by users from the use of the services on this mobile App.
3. ISA ERP Private Limited will take "Full Responsibility" for your Order if the Order has been accepted by us.
4. The prices and availability of Subscription Plans of Applications are subject to change without prior notice at the sole discretion of ISA ERP Private Limited.
5. ISA ERP Private Limited reserves the right to refuse or cancel any order placed for a Subscription Plan of Application that is listed at an incorrect price or for any other reason. This shall be regardless of whether the order has been confirmed and/or payment has been received. The payment shall be refunded and the User shall be informed of the same.
6. ISA ERP Private Limited will not be liable for any losses due to a non-functioning or delayed response that occurs due to a mistake by the Customer (i.e. wrong or incomplete input data or any other related reason) or slow internet connectivity at the user end or due to third-party server issues.
7. The User agrees to give accurate, authentic, and true information. ISA ERP Private Limited reserves the right to confirm and validate the information and other details provided by the User at any point in time. If any such User details are found not to be true wholly or partly, ISA ERP Private Limited has the right in its sole discretion to reject the registration and debar the User from using the services of ISA ERP Private Limited without prior intimation whatsoever.
8. ISA ERP Private Limited will not be liable for any type or kind of cybercrime or credit card fraud. The liability to use a card fraudulently will be on the user and the onus to 'prove otherwise' shall be exclusively on the user. The User must exclusively use his/her own valid card for payment.
9. ISA ERP Private Limited shall not entertain any complaints 5 days after payment.
10. This agreement shall be construed in accordance with the applicable laws of India. The Courts in Mumbai shall have exclusive jurisdiction in any proceedings arising out of this agreement.
