In case we receive a cancellation e-mail and by that time the order has already been "processed" by the seller, the order cannot be cancelled. ISA ERP Private Limited has the complete right to decide whether an order can be cancelled or not. The customer agrees not to dispute the decision made by ISA ERP Private Limited and accept ISA ERP Private Limited’s decision regarding cancellation.
ISA ERP Private Limited. reserves the right to refuse or cancel any order placed for a product that is listed at an incorrect price or for any other reason. This shall be regardless of whether the order has been confirmed and/or payment been received. The 100% payment shall be refunded against cancellation and the User shall be informed of the same. It will be responsibility of the user to terminate usage of the Product / Application with immediate effect.
Limitations and Exclusion of ISA ERP Liability
The User acknowledges that complex software is never wholly free from defects, errors, and bugs; and the ISA ERP Private Limited gives no warranty or representation that the Software Product / Application will be wholly free from defects, errors, and bugs. Quality of Output from software is vulnerable to several factors like testing accuracy, input accuracy, server capacity, connectivity, etc., and use of data and subsequent action by the user. ISA ERP Private Limited shall not be liable to the User in respect of any loss of Time, Effort, Profit, or anticipated Savings on account of the use of the software. We take stringent measures to ensure that the Products / Applications delivered to you are in perfect condition. However, in case of any errors, bugs are found in the products / Applications and the request is made by the user in writing within the stipulated time frame, the errors, bugs will be removed in a legitimate time period depending on the complexity of the application, except in the following cases: The user wants to discontinue the use of the Product / Application. Any item ordered from ISA ERP Private Limited cannot be returned. It is only possible to correct the errors encountered in the Product / Application.
